Winsock and yahoo How to's

I am not really interested in a bot but i would really like to learn the bases of winsock on a protocal like yahoo. i do not have the time to put into trying to learn on my own thats why i post bids here, i am looking for some one to walk me through and answer all my questions until i can sign onto yahoo go into chatrooms get the list of users into a list box and send Pm's. by using a sniffer i have commview port sniffer you can use a demo of the same sniffer or if you have one great we can both sniff the protocal and then implement it into vb correctly and from scratch. i am kinda new to winsock and port sniffing but i am a quick learner its not going to be a quick job might take some time but i am willing to give it all the extra time i have to get it done sooner i am also willing to pay in sections once i learn the sign on and all i will pay part then once we get like into chat rooms or something i will pay another part then once we send Pm's pay the rest or whatever we can work out. and if you can do proxies that would be even better sign on different socks5 proxies in summary sign onto yahoos pager best with a proxy go into chat rooms get all the users from chat put them into a list box and send them Pm's i do not just want codes i want to understand it by the time we are done from sniffing to putting it into vb/winsock ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
