rename files in folder with custom name

I need to create a quick script that when executed in windows it will allow me to rename multiple files as I want. WIndows allows me to rename a batch of filenames by selecting them, them renaming first file and the remaining files willl change accordingly but I need a specific format. I need a small desktop application that will do this: 1. Prompt folder where the files are 2. Select which is the custom filename I want to use 3. Apply the new custom name and rename all files on selected folder as specified For example: (and this should be the default value) 1. I have 800 files named as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2. I want to be able to select the folder where the files are and rename all the files in that folder to a custom file name like this [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will be able to specify the prefix as LRT:_ and then the script will add 00001, [login to view URL] so that they end up looking like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] That's why I need: 1. Prompt for folder where the files are 2. Select the sufffix, default LRT_ 3. Then rename all files as [login to view URL], file digits after LRT_ and before .jpg
