Project Sourcing - commission based

We are a software development and consultancy outfit, working out of India. We have been in business now for over 2 years and have, during this time, successfully implemented various solutions for different companies around the world. We have also been represented by different freelance individuals at different times in USA and Europe and it has been very fruitful either way each time. We are now looking for an individual or a company, who will market our software services in USA and Europe. This individual or company will work on a per project cost commission basis. We are a very technology savvy company and therefore feel that it will not be very difficult to market our skills. Look us up at to get an idea of our capabilities. We want people who are aggressive and have some experience in marketing such services. SCOPE OF PLAN Our market has become highly competitive due to overall slow sales. All the associates of our new firm have 3-10 years experience in the industry and are pretty jaded about traditional marketing techniques (direct mail, telemarketing, seminars) that are no longer producing quality prospects. ## Deliverables ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We need some intelligent help that produces a significant differentiation and competitive advantage. It MUST quickly produce measurable results (i.e. number of qualified prospects identified and appointments set). We don't have the time or money to speculate on long-term branding or image marketing, we need someone who understands the reality of closing sales to help us get our momentum going. We need some fresh ideas! We feel quite stimulus bound and need some direction from "outside the forest". Our budget is tight but this could be an ongoing relationship.
