You MUST: 1. Knows fluent English write and TALK. 2. Know to express himself and explain the hired workers the new jobs. 3. Understand things FAST. 4. A FAST learner. 5. Have basic html skills. 6. Have past experience in managing workers. 7. A guy that loves to learn new things and implement them. 8. Be always online. 9. A serious guy that would work ONLY with us for a monthly payment of a round $250-$300 that would be calculated per hour for 8 hour per day using rac's system. (extra hours would be paid more) + fat bonuses for good performance and increased revenue. 10. Ready for long term relations.
