Yii PHP Framewrok expert to fix my CMS

I am having an issue with my CMS. I have a drag and drop system on my CMS for artist's Portfolios, Projects and images within each project. This drag and drop system is not working now and I need it fixed asap. This is a custom built CMS using a Yii PHP Framework so I need someone that is very familiar with this framework.
