Write some Software to integrate to Facebook and retrieve data from a given list of Facebook pages

I want an application developed in PHP with a MySQL database. Then the app should login to Facebook with a given FB credentials and retrieve a list of "Liked" pages within that profile. Once the "Liked" pages list is retrieved, the app should scan through all posts of each page and provide a list of all the comments under each post sorted by the name of the post. Infront of the comment it should have an option to categorize the comment to one of three categories and write the resulted data into the database. On a Web frontend, based on the categorized data in the Database the frontend app should provide a summary statistic for each category.
