Write Script for Email List Cleaning

Hi I need a script developed that will take a csv file containing email addresses. The script will then verify each email to find out if it is valid/working email. If email is valid, it will be stored in table (emails_valid) If email is not valid, it will be stored in table (emails_invalid) I understand that it is difficult to get 100% accurate results, therefore we will accept a script giving at least 80-85% accuracy. Results below 80% will not be accepted. Milestone will be created after testing 20 sample emails
