Extrating the following information and copy to a csv file (seperated in a single column):

- Operating Area

- Last Update

Identify duplicate adresses and delete them from file

Results I need:

- CSV File with the information above (about 2000 contacts)

- Parser script

- Instruction how to use parser script on windows / dos
