Programmer must have experience with eBay, Newegg and Amazon marketplaces' API. Centralized Inventory Software will have the ability to import an inventory/pricing feed file from a delimited text file. The inventory will be dispersed to the relative marketplaces dependent on having active listings. Centralized Orders eBay Utilize eBay's LMS to import orders based upon paid and awaiting shipment Amazon Utilize either Amazon's AMTU or API to import orders based upon paid and awaiting shipment Newegg Utilize Newegg API of ftp to process incoming orders Order output All orders will be placed on an ftp in a .XML format for processing. Order will have specifics defined in a table dependent on market place and first 3 characters of the part number ordered. See example below. Market Place MFG Code (first 3 Char of SKU Ordered) Order Account Number Amazon APK APD1001 Amazon APE APD1001 Amazon DMB APD1007-1 Newegg APK APD1002 Newegg APE APD1002 Newegg DMB APD1002-1 eBay APK APD1007-2 eBay APE APD1007-2 eBay DMB APD1007-1 eBay APH APD1007-2 eBay BDG APD1007-4 eBay TBG APD1007-2 Table must be expandable and be able to be modified. Must have ability to expand marketplaces and new customers for order processing. Centralized Shipment Tracking Order tracking will be supplied by our ERP system in a flat text or delimited file. Software should read this file and update order status in the orders database. Must export tracking to the respective marketplaces. eBay Utilize eBay's LMS to export tracking when order is flagged as shipped. Amazon Utilize either Amazon's AMTU or API to export tracking when order is flagged as shipped. Newegg Utilize Newegg API of ftp to export tracking when order is flagged as shipped. Centralized Listing Management Software must be able to export the information for each respective marketplace for editing in Excel. Software must also be able to import modified data to update respective marketplaces with updated information. Software should also automatically update listings with pricing and quantity on hand from the above Centralized Inventory software. eBay Utilize eBay's LMS to create listings in specific html template. Database should also include the ability to run multiple campaigns on eBay with different parameters. Database should also include a place for catalog part number for interface with eBay's MVL. Database should include a place to reference a quantity on hand from the Centralized Inventory. Amazon Utilize either Amazon's AMTU or API to update/create new listings. Database should include a place to reference a quantity on hand from the Centralized Inventory. Newegg Utilize Newegg API of ftp to update/create new listings. Database should include a place to reference a quantity on hand from the Centralized Inventory.
