Modify PHP Shopping wizard for custom apparel website

I need someone to replicate [login to view URL]'s functionality for quotes. They have an API that you would be integrating with my website. The website is written on PHP and the quote section uses AJAX to automatically update the pricing. There are no frameworks involved, just good ol' PHP and bootstrap. The quoting system is already implemented, just need to make changes to make it more like the [login to view URL] functionality. Also need an image gallery added to the website with functionality to upload pictures from a user interface. You're allowed to use a reliable plugin if you wish. Also need a page created where the user can request a custom order. It's very simple. A textarea and a submit button. After the user clicks submit, they're taken to the shopping cart where they will have to pay a $50 fee, and no coupons are allowed. I will send more details to the winning bid, as well as the source files and a SQL file with the database data. Once you complete the work, you will send me the files and I will test the application to make sure everything is working according to the instructions.
