Logo Creator -Script

I am looking for a custom logo creator script. It will need to be easily editable and turnkey preferable. I would like to avoid databases if possible. I don't care if you have an existing script or develop a new one, as long as it fits my criteria. Max

I shall be able to use and move these codes and models with no blocked (controlled) to you.
also be putting up putting up such log-system for several folders in the same domain.

price is important and I will give priority to those lowest bids first.
