I'm looking for someone that can create an adult type website. They website must have registration for users, allow users to create normal albums & private albums which are accessed only by authorized users.
The website must have ability to charge members for "plus" features like adding more pictures, contacting more members, etc.
Registration process must have captcha.
Website must have classifieds like categories where members could make posts. Posts made her must have a "like" or "interested" feature allowing visitors of that post to inform poster about interest.
All actions show have a email notification.
Coder is also responsible for graphics for website
Website must have an administration panel where Admin can edit, remove, delete, block, view post, etc.
