adding some features (comments, star rating and multi photos) to my php-mysql web sitesite

I have php-mysql web site. I like to add some features to this site ( comments, star rating and multi photo adding ) (like [login to view URL]). People will write comments and I confirm the publish both comments and ratings for the hotel, resturant or the articles) (Confirmed comments and ratigs must placed their own page) Also I will use this rating aon my home page too and somewher in the web pages. Photos added by my self. Already I have some pages works well. WE have to add this new feutures to my old pages.
