Add file manager (add/upload/list/download/delete)

Current existing lead management system is in php + mysql Overview: Portal allows admin to create users. Users login and can add lead records. Users can view edit only their leads/records. Every lead has a detail view page that displays all fields and a notes feature (add/delete/view all notes sorted chronologically) Admin can view all leads associated to all users and all associated details. ## Request ## Add feature for user to upload files that get associated to a selected lead/record (like the notes) with a description input field File types allowed txt, csv, jpg, zip, rar, pdf and doc File size max= 20MB Store file in mysql Display/list files uploaded in a table with date and time stamp, input description, user uploaded by and delete file function Will provide files once assigned for development.
