Convert Joomla Theme to Magento Theme

This project consists of converting a Joomla theme to a Magento them in order to create a seamless experience between to the two applications. The Joomla theme was purchased from: [url removed, login to view] theme name is js_Relevant Destination: ------------ The theme must be translated to work on the follow Magento 1.1.3 Install: [url removed, login to view] Expectations of this project to meet 100% completion: ----------------------------------------------------- 1) Must be able to switch between the magento install and joomla install and not notice a difference in the themes. 2) The JOOMLA horizontal menu MUST be active in the magento theme. 3) Magento must have the same left, right, breadcrumb, content, and footer module locations. 4) Magento must use the same CSS file and module location div tags as the Joomla so that if the CSS is updated in Joomla it will reflect the change on the Magento pages. 5) NO CORE FILES CAN BE CHANGED. Only the specified theme directory of Magento can be modified. This is to ensure core upgrades do not render the site unusable.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
