Software Development Version Control Setup Consultant

We are a Tempe, AZ software development company. We are looking for a consultant to help us implement a version control solution for our internet business. Our setup is as follows: This version control solution will be used to manage the development of an online web service. We currently have a LAN server used for initial testing, a development server for final testing and then production. Development is currently a subdomain of the production site. Inside the local office, there are 3 computers that will be making changes to this web service. One computer is Fedora Linux, the other two are Windows. An Apple MAC computer sometimes joins the network for consulting tasks, so provisions will need to be made for them. Have a look at the attachment for more detail about our specifications.
