Custom search bar

I have built an online directory using wordpress the website address is [login to view URL] I need a custom search bar created in the following way: 1. A custom search bar built similar to [login to view URL] (in other words with an area for "what" and an area for "where" 2. The what area should pick up any of the relevant keywords from within the clients listing 3. The where area needs to be able to pick up postcode and also suburb i.e if I where to search for "what" ceramic tiles and "where" St Ives I want to ensure that if there is a client in that postcode with those keywords they appear but if someone enters 2075 in the "where" area this is the postcode for St Ives the same result shall be returned 4. If no business are found within the specific suburb or postcode entered then all business from the surrounding radius of 30 kilometers needs to be automatically returned. I had this done for me on another website years ago unfortunately I am unable to find out whom it was tht did the job for me the first time as they did a great job at a really good price. As I have built the site I am able to supply you with all Wordpress login details and host login details immediately, please no time wasters I need the job done right first time - thank you
