Create a CMS (Content Management System) for a pet memorial website (website that allows users to pay tribute and preserve the memory of pets who were most dear to them by creating a special memorial in their honor.) with backend admin using [url removed, login to view] functionality, look and feel should be modeled after imorialpets(dot)com.
The CMS will be an executable script so that I can put in the information of the website such as domain name and then install on a Linux server
## Deliverables
**Frontend functionality** should closely model [url removed, login to view] with admin backend to support them.
-Shopping cart system for ordering premium templates and services
-Payments by paypal
-Ability to order Death Certificate by using already filled information in biography, interest and passing.
*Please I require a well developed admin back end*.
**ADMIN BACKEND**
CMS able to add new pages, edit, modify pages.
List of all Memorials (able to edit, delete, modify)
List of users
Change password
Able to send email to user
Ability to install plugins
Ability to change site theme from admin
Ability to add new themes
Ability to Upload new user templates
Ability to chose which user template is free and which is for pay
Ability to charge for featured listing
Ability to charge for premium user template
Ability to upload new background music for users to choose
