WebAsyst Script Customization

I'm looking for a talented PHP programmer with experience in? WebAsyst scripts to customize? Shop-Script to do the following:

1. Creating accounts for suppliers to add new items to the store and see reports. New items should remain inactive, i.e. don't appear in the store, until they are approved by the admin.

2. In case the supplier needs to sell a program, then he should be able to upload the file.

3. Simple theme for browsing the store on small screens, such as iPhone with special download feature.
