Small new bespoke website

Hi all,

I need a new website designed for a new site:

Brief summary.

The site is going to showcase ideas for other social media and other sites, basically ideas I have.?

For each idea it will have it's own page where I will be able to provide links to Alpha versions of the site, as well as screenshots, and a brief summary.?

Each idea will need it's own page, and I should be able to create new pages relatively easily.?

Goal

The goal of the site is to either find investors for projects, or buyers for projects.?

Design

The idea is in the name 'factory'. try and make the design look like a factory. [url removed, login to view] has done a good job of doing that, but copying that would not be original.?

I'll need logo too.?

Optional

I want to be able to upload full briefs about various projects in a secure area for a select few. This area would need to be password protected, and be able to store PSD/Word/Jpeg files for the user to download.

I want a cutting edge, innovative design for this. No generic nav, no generic design.?

I will give you custom newsletter and analytics code you can simply drop in.?

I will need to see a sample before proceeding.
