health spa, management system

HI, we are currently planning to operate a local health spa, we will need to have a software system to justify the success of the business. it should have the following functions:- **time billing -**room charges on different time scale on different days -system would need to registered/charge time usage either base on pre-define time block, or minutes counting. -system would operate on either pre-pay or post pay mode. -voucher, cash base business transaction -system need to display on screen active/inactive room, usage duration, charges to time. -joint billing on multiple business bill. (multiple receipt) -shift/ change room, shift change masseur -promotion based transaction billing (i.e 1st define time range= $x, subsequent time range= $x-y, and so on, if needed) **sales items library (point of sales system)** -all billable items (food, various type of massage session) should be define in a separate data set, and to carry out in the form like a cash register (POS), -subject to various additional rules when applies in time billing module, i.e taxable, discountable, commissionable etc. -individual items defined can also be group into a new sales package with a new price tag. **staff management system ** module to record and process staff records & activities. -commision record system for masseur either based on time set, product set, and operate on either fix amount or percentage. -a staff listing on duty, in round-robin approach. **reporting system** either with third party available software or to be developed, system developed should be able to support simple reporting on business. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **not sure what's the best platform in development envirounment, but the system developed should be gui based and simple to operate, and it must also support multiple business outlet and centralize report consolidation.
