Fix & Finalize My PHP Project

I had a previous RAC programmer build a lightweight CMS program for me but he did not complete it. Here are the specifications for that project..... I have several clients that and each will have a unique 5 page website that will be hosted under my shared hosting account. I want to provide them the ability to change the content of their pages, change the names of menu items, and change the order in which the menu items appear. This program uses the CKeditor program as the browser based editor for editing pages which is currently installed and working. The previous programmer completed the following items: 1. One master MYSQL database were all my clients are stored along with their web pages and other data. (this is working, but currently no clients sites are active. Its just in testing mode.) 2. Installation of the CKeditor program (this is complete and working) 3. An ADMIN section where you can log in and edit pages and menu items. (this is almost complete. You can log in and change page content, but you can not entirely change the menu item names or change the order of them if an item contains quotation marks. I need for you to fix this.) **CONTINUE TO SEE THE REMAINING ITEMS I NEED YOU TO COMPLETE** ## Deliverables **PROJECT DETAILS:** (please see the introduction section that highlights the initial details of this project, then continue reading below) **I Need The Following Items / Features Added or Completed for My Project:** 1. **Retrieve Username & Password Feature** - I need a link on the login page of the admin that will allow them to enter their email to retrieve their username and password. 2. **Logout Feature** - This obviously is just a link that will log them out of the admin 3. **Super Admin Page for me** - I need my own super administrator page where I can add new clients or delete old clients, and also edit client details. I also want the ability add additional pages to a client's site. Some clients may require more then 5 pages so I would like the ability to create new pages for a specific client if they request it. 4. **Template File** - Each client will have their own directory on my hosting account. I need a template folder within their directory that contains all the image files, the .CSS file and a master template file for their particular site. This template file needs to function exactly like the one Joomla uses ([login to view URL]) where I can specify where the menu will appear, and then specify in the file where the content will appear that they can edit. I will provide a working [login to view URL] file for this. 5. **Add 4 Fields To The Editor Page** - When the client is editing pages using the CKeditor, I would like 4 additional fields to appear. These fields will be A.) Meta Title (One line text box). B.) Menu Name (One line text box). C.) Meta Description (text area field) D.) Meta Keywords (text area field) 6. Use CSS in Editor - The CKeditor should format / display the text in the edit area using the client's .CSS file. 7. **Change Menu Order** - I want to allow the client the ability to change the order of menu items. As mentioned, this does currently work but only if none of the menu items contain quotation marks or forward slashes. I have the layout and all the graphics created already, so I do not need you to do any of this type of work.
