Export Blog to OPML using RSS

I am converting a customer from moveabletype 2.3 to wordpress 2.7. There is no good export function on the movabletype. However, there are plugins for wordpress that allow you to grab the rss feed or import using an OPML file.

I am looking for a coder that can grab the entire rss (about 15000 entrys) of a movabletype blog and insert them into a new wordpress blog. How you do it is up do you.

If we complete this project I may have another for the coder this week as well.

I have the sql of the movabletype database if this helps.
