Dolphin developer

I am looking for\ a dolphin programmer to build a community website that allows daters an automated video chat facility.?

Basically site to be used as a dating site where those couples dating can meet up and chat by video thorough a prearranged appointment for the video conferencing.

Finished product must not look like another dolphin generic, and have sections for sign up with options to record a video intro CLIP to their members profile

I want someone creative who will help me set up my pay pal and other modules that I want to incorporate in to the development of this site.?

Basic site is already set up with video conferencing in dolphin shell.
