**Project overview:**

* No FLASH or animation.

* Format - PSD format only.

* Quantity and size required, per topic shown below

* Sizes 780x150 (for headers)

* Sizes 468x60 (for content)

* Quality ??" True Colors

* Delivery via WinZip file

* Sample of finished product required within three to five days of the bid acceptance, to enable quality to be verified and checked.

* All finished images to be offered for approval before acceptance of project being complete.

**Note:**

The images will be used to compliment various articles relating to the topics below. Where the subject is the same, 780x150 and 468x60 graphics / images are to be different.

**Completion:**

* Project must be delivered on seventh day after your bid being accepted.

* Failure to do so forfeits your rights to the project.

**Copyright:**

* Plagiarism and use of content from another website is not acceptable.

* Content must NOT be subject to royalties.

* No Watermarks etc.

* If freely available images are used ??" they must be edited sufficiently to prevent duplication of material.

* Once completed ‘you may not’ re-distribute / use the material.

* Rights to edit, redistribute, claim ‘authorship’ is relinquished upon completion.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
