VPN website

I am looking to create a VPN providing website with:

PPTP / L2TP / IPsec / OpenVPN

Unlimited Server Switches (starting from one to unlimited based on users grow)

Unlimited Bandwidth (should also be able to limit and monitor bandwidth)

Unlimited Speed (Speed should be able to limited for some clients, who might abuse,etc)

128-256 bit Encryption (lowest to highest possible security)

Instant Activation (using a module, upon payment completion , it should fetch details of user from user account and create account as user selected and mail him details)

Dedicated IP - upon user request from a pool of IP's allotted to each server based on location

Multiple location - Ability to select location as well as system selected country

Load Balancing - Based on load of server client maybe moved to next one.

Multiple server routing - If client requires additional routing through servers

WHMCS as billing system , i would need a module,etc for the instant setup and validation, monitor and cap speeds, full log of bandwidth, block ports,etc.

i should also be able to show each server status , total bandwidth used,email alerts, etc

(+ firewall protection in future)

(+antivirus)

(abuse protection - spam,mailing,etc)

i would also need multiple platform client software's so that clients could easily connect including mobile apps.

I guess i have pretty much mentioned all i what, if you have new idea's, feel free.
