Fixing some bugs in C and perl cluster environment

Hi! I have an OpenSSI cluster running the application Zoneminder which consists of perl scripts and C-daemons. The perl-scripts have been modified to distribute the daemons in the cluster, however some problems remain unfixed: -the C daemons do not always get the time right (has to be worked around or fixed) -One daemon zms is not always killed correctly A bonus would be to ensure that the daemons run well in all situations. ## Deliverables I have the complete working and testing environment available, no need to set up an environment of your own. I can also give access before bidding if you wish.
