Install Joomla Forum

I need Joomla installed on an existing domain:

Project involves:

-choosing an open source template that is farm related (I will approve)

-setting up the joomla forum completely with the template

-moving my files from my current host to the new host that has apache/mod rewrite

-enable search engine friendly URLs for Joomla

-Create 18 users and post 5 questions and answers each related to the topic over the next 7 days (good english proficiency required, please submit a writing sample)
