I need a small web application that will run on our internal php/apache/mysql server.
Purpose of this application:
1. Application to be used by users of a transport organisation get prices of deliveries stored in a database based on the input on a form (on a localhost web application form).
I think it will need php, mysql, ajax, Jquery skills.
