2-way synchronisation and LDAP

1. Create user registration process

- Step 1. Enter email / first name / last name / password

- Step 2. oAuth into Outlook

- Step 3. Display ‘Success message’ and show subscription URLs)

2. HTACCESS re-direct ([url removed, login to view]*USERNAME*/calendar/*CALENDAR-NAME*/ and [url removed, login to view]*USERNAME*/addressbooks/*ADRESSBOOK-NAME*/ )

3. 2-way synchronisation to enable user to add / edit calendar events, then Baikal should make updates to Outlook.

4. Setup LDAP service to subscribe to Address Book
