Smarty, PHP coder needed

I need a PHP coder with experience working with Smarty to make updates and improvements on my website.

Tasks range in size and complexity.

I'm looking to establish an ongoing relationship with a coder interested in working long-term on small and large projects on a website. The projects will come at different times, meaning that there may be weeks with no work, and weeks with a lot of work. Payment per project - agreed in advance.

When bidding, please include your hourly rate, nationality, estimates hours available/week and (if you are more than one) the number of people with relevant experience in your organisation. Also how much experice with PHP and smarty.
