i would like this to do the following:
be able to upload audio, using http throu a client, so it will need to send the url back. and a form.
the urls to be random, such as /d/(mysql id) for downloading the audio, and playing in the client.
to be stored in the mysql database: the file name, id(xxx) in the url), date, and amount of downloads/plays.
