We need a modification to resolve problems with a query script. The script is attached. 1. Correct Duration with a special Calculation of the Start Time / End Time The start field is the lowest date in conjunction with a unique call number The end field ist the highest date in conjunction with a unique call number The duration is the difference between the lowest date and the highest date of a unique call. ATTENTION: There is no other way than calculate the maximum and minimum to identify the start and end time. This actually completly wrong in the script. 2. Correct Fields The description must be in the correct field See picture (attached).
