Magento - create checkout option for local pickup

This task is to add the "shipping option" that lets the customer select to pick up their merchandice at our shop instead of having it shipped in the mail.
The price should then of course be 0,- and there should be place enough for a line telling them our adress etc. Preferably also a link on the adress to google maps (should be easy).
This is not something that is provided in the Magento framework so we would prefere to work with someone that knows magento since this is something that should be easily made and not take much time when you know what you are doing.
