We have been running MySQL on a quad XEON for some time, with fairly good results.
We now wish to run on multiple newer, lower_spec quad core machines with 4G each, both in cluster and standard configs.
We need the remote advice of someone with a lot of practical advice for the tuning.
We would be prepared to extend the contract on an on-going basis with the right candidate.
