Help for our Invoice Task - PHP / mysql / chronoforms work

No spam bids, without reading anything! ASK before you bid! We have a joomla based project using chronoforms. Mainly its a map showing entrys. I estimated a time about 10 hours for the following tasks. Please let me know (PM), if I'm right with the estimated time. Ask if anything is unclear. You may need 1-2 hours to get into the project (scripts) extra. A. Invoice cron job dont work right – There is a cronjob script made for us, this needed to be checked and a timeframe added, so that invoices will be send not double in one month for each location. B. Make sure that invoice numbers are only used one times, when admin clicks the link “send now” again. The invoice will be created again right, but the script takes a new invoice number. That's not okay, because of laws in germany. To explain it easy, when admin press “send now” invoice will be created, when admin press “send now” in same month again, we need a “copy” of the inovice with same invoice number. C. Add in admin frontend panel the “Order No.” with link to it, in row invoice. When “send now” is pressed, the invoice will be created. Replace than the order no. with the Invoice no. (only add order no. and replace with invoice no. is needed to be done, rest is working) D. adopt the “entry order/invoice task” to “credit order/invoice task” means first our system creates a order PDF, send by email and after admin press “send now” (at admin panel) the invoice will be created and send by email. We need this also for credits. E. If a agency done a entry on map, we need the contact data from agency on order and invoice, like “your agency” “A-7272” and adress, phonenumber email. I will tell you the right place on invoice/order. Simply copy and paste job into our 4 templates. You need good skills (PHP and mysql) to solve the task. You will also need some time to get into our "system" / scripts. Some simple rules for working with us: !!! Don't bid if you can't start next days !!! (We are tired about lame or sophomoric coders, and running behind them and our money). !!! You have to work online on server. !!! The job has to be done in 10 days
