xcart gold system
is already setup and running.
i needs someone to login, and setup the tax mechanism.
only if a client is a California client, tax of 9.25% must be charged.
the tax must also be shown on the last page, before checkout.
there also another configuration or issue. we need help with. when ever, someone signs up, or orders, or modified their profile. the system sends an email notification. which is good. however the issue is that it sends two emails. 1 emails looks good. 2nd email however is extra, it says RETURNED MAIL, and also has the 1st message attached as an email. so its some sort of email issue.
