Used books, cds buy back joomla based website

I am looking for a developer to put together a joomla based website for a used product buy back, including such products as books, textbooks, cds, dvds, video games, cell phones, etc.

The website should be well designed and fully functional.

I prefer to have a simple layout, such as on this website: [url removed, login to view]

The visitor should be able to login using their facebook account or create a login on the main site.

The website should function as follows:

1. Once visitor is on the website, he should be able to select the category (I will provide the list of categories), and enter the product information, such as ISBN number (for books), UPC, product name, author or artist, specific model number, etc.

2. Once the information is entered, the site should pull out the product information from [url removed, login to view], including the picture, author, edition, model, description, etc.

3. the user confirms that it is the exact same product, user should be asked to provide the condition of product, whether it is new, used-like new, used-good, used-acceptable. On the same page, there should be a disclaimer that we buy back only functional products and do not accept any deficient products and will not be responsible for shipping it back to the sender.

4. I should be able to set a parameter for buyback for each category based on amazon sales rank. For example, if the book’s sales rank is above 200,000, the site should deny the buyback.

5. Once the user chooses the condition of the product, the site should produce the buy back price (I will provide more info on formula to the winning developer) for the product and display it to user. If user agrees to the price, the user should be able to add the product to the basket. From this point, user should be able to check out or go back to the search engine to add more products to the basket.

6. At the check out, the user should enter name, address, phone number, etc.

7. The site should also ask for payment information such as paypal or by check.

9. The site should have such pages as About Us, FAQS, Customer Service Information and complaint form.

Will only hire someone who has done something like this before and can prove it. Looking for it to be done fast. Will need the winning developer to provide support for couple of months after completion.
