**the bid is low as I will be activley helping in design creation , giving mockups to show you exactly how it should work** People can come to the site, easily create a profile and login/password. The profile will ask them about their various websites they've created, kind of like a resume or CV of accomplishments. Once they have access, they can access the members here. From here they can (post) "give away an idea" or "claim an idea as their own" Essentially, the person can then give away an idea they have had for a business. It can be a web business, anything.... Browsing listings is through categories or a "tag cloud", I can look through other being given away and "claim it" to develop it. Must have a design of web 2.0 Elements. Must use nice ajax forms/ picture galleries. Main page shows "Latest Ideas Given Away" menu options browse ideas, submit ideas, your account, about, rss (rss delivered newest ideas via rss feed) The page shows 5 newest submissions (automatically added) Idea Title (Learn More) (Ajax Rating ***** stars) (Claim this idea Button) Beside it is a ajax rating tool and a claim button (***** 5 Stars, View Comments), (Claim this idea) Clicking on "more info" takes them to a page with the idea listing, and info about the creator. From that page I can also "rate, comment, claim, email idea originator) Can only rate or claim an idea if logged in. If not, they must create an account. * If they are logged in, they can rate and comment. * If they are logged in they can also "claim" an idea. Then asks "are you sure you want to claim this idea? If they click "yes I'm sure." They are sent to a congratulation you've just claimed an exciting business opportunity! This idea now shows up on their User Account. Each users account section includes "Your ideas submitted" shows status if they are claimed or not, can view rating on ideas. Shows "Claimed Ideas."
