$450 per month - FASTEST PHP Programmer -2 more needed

I own a programming company. I am looking for a FULL time PHP programmer who can work for me dedicated not on anyone else project but only for me. He should know PHP for 5+ years , CSS, etc.. I have lots of projects. I will work directly with him and he needs to update me every 10 to 15 minutes on what is completed. I need a guy who is extremely fast because we have a lot of projects that need to be done.

I need a programmer who can work 10AM to 7PM california time. If you dont know what time that is google it to see what time it is now.

I am looking for the fastest and most experience php programmer.

Pay is $15 (9 hours) * 30 days = $450 per month every month

1. you must be able to work 10AM to 7pm california time.. i don't need someone who cannot work those time. I sleep during india or philipnes time. So can you work 10AM to 7pm and update me every 15 mins?

2. speed... i need someone extremely fast if you are too slow dont bid... if i give you a form with 30 fields to enter into mysql database how long will it take you to get it working with mysql?

3. if i need a custom shopping cart program.. not zen cart . or magento a custom one... and i give u the specs.. can you program a custom shopping cart in php?

4. can you work full time 9+ hours a day on my project and no one else project?

5. i have lots of programming projects... what programming languages do you know and how many years on each?

7. what is the harddest and best project you ahve done send me links so i can see.

8. i have lots of project can u start now?
