minor css and javascript fix

Guys we ran into 2 errors on our website, were told there minor css or javascript work
a. were postings this project mostly to find new coders as well for our company
b. this project is small, only 2 bugs
(Bug 1) Javascript error message
1. On our site, we noticed at times we get this error message

1. we have realtime search assistance
2. but we noticed the different look in (firefox) and (IE browsers)
Solution: make it so (IE browser looks like firefox) the "bold font" "bigger font" etc.
