We have a basic messaging system required, php framework is flexible, although we prefer codeigniter: Apps for iPhone, Android, Blackberry required, with web system - same functionality within each (register, login, message): Main page (web and App) asks for Email address, password, confirm pass and Name (name optional) Confirmation email is sent Once confirmed, user is asked for country and state/province info Options to logged in user (Web and App): New Message (Name & message, 'anonymous' checkbox - won't show the who email or name) Messages (basic message view (new in bold, shows date/time arrived, from address and beginning 15 words) User can reply to mail even if it was sent anonymously.
