Interspire Content Rotation Plug-in

I am looking for someone who is experienced with Interspire Email Marketer (IEM) that can build or sell me an already developed plug-in that will allow me to tokenize Content in the Subject, Body, and From fields. For instance, I will start an email with, {Hey|Hi|Hello}. The script will pick one of those works and rotate them.

You must have your own copy of Interspire and existing knowledge of doing this.
