Fix Popup Code - Must Know PHP and iFrames

I have a multi-layer popup with iframes. several stages to it, where the user enters an email, there's a popup, then they can enter more info (that's iframed), then go back to the site.

I don't know coding so it's not right. I have, however, laid it out pretty well so that you can understand what I want. I have a pdf with pics and a text file with the code. If we agree and you take the project, I'll give you access to the site that I have it set up on as a test.

This code all gets dropped into a wordpress popup plugin as an html file.
