Finish some javascript and php code! :) EASY!

I recently hired someone to start a project of which they could not finish due to time, I'm looking for someone to finish this extremely easy project. Basically what it does is it grabs sites from a database and then displays them as links. It will then check the type of the site and unique customer id from a database and match it with the site clicked. If the action on the site was done properly, a listener on a server (already created part of the script) will add info to a database that you will match, if it was done properly it will unlock the next button, and so on. Then at the last button it will add some (already created part of the script) info to the database. It is alot simpler than it seems and just requires knowledge of PHP, Javascript, and MySQL. I will pay 30 dollars for this extremely easy project.
