Drupal 7 and Ubercart 3 product setup

I need help in setting up order entry screen for Ubercart 3x or Commerce module in Drupal 7 to create a Store to sell Story Books sets. The following is what I am trying to do. The store sells book sets based on language. Each book set has 7 categories of books. For example the English book set has the following category. Category 1: Princess story -English books Category 2: Stories of Kings -English books Category 3: Dragon Story -English books Category 4: Train story -English books Category 5: Spiderman story -English books Category 6: Superman story -English books Category 7: Batman story -English books. Each category has multiple books with different BookIDs (ISBN numbers). The customer must pick one book from each of these categories to complete the order and it is upto the customer to pick his/her choice of books from each category. I do have Chinese book set, and Spanish book set with the similar story categories above, the categories may change for each language. The customer can order one or more book sets and one or more quantity. I need help with creating an order screen to meet the above requirement. I have used the Product attributes(Categories) and options(BookIDs) to create the above scenario but I am not happy with the results. I like to have the BookIDs with each book set in the order. Think about the order record in Drupal 7 Commerce or Ubercart 3x. If there can be additional 7 fields that record which can store the BookIDs for each category, I will be able to know which book needs to be shipped with each bookset in the order. You can step me through the steps needed to achieve the above with documentation with or without code. The interface needs to work as follows. The product screen shows 3 or 4 or more booksets (English, Chinese, Spanish, ?)The customer clicks on English Set to order the English set. The order screen provides 7 categories with a list of Book titles. The customer picks one book title from each category and places the order. He can change the bookset order quantity. Next he may go on to order other sets. I need to know which book IDs to make each bookset and need to find them in the database table (original drupal table or any new table you create to accommodate the above info) Thanks
