To deliver a java library jar capable of transforming text to image according to the following parameters: void text2Image(String text, Font f, int rows, int pixelsWidth, String imgX, String localPath) throws IOException, NullPointerException, UnknownImageException * text: Text to convert * f: font type * rows: Maximum number of rows to use, in case text is too long ending string must be replaced by suspension points (ellipses) maximizing the use of image space. * pixelsWidth: Image width in pixels * imgX: Image extension: "jpg", "png", "gif" * localPath: Operating system local path where image must be saved, should work on linux and windows LIBRARY MAY USE DEPENDANT JARS, HOWEVER ALL OF THIS JARS MUST HAVE UNRESTRICTED LICENSES FOR PACKAGING WITHIN A COMMERCIAL APPLICATION: MEANING NO NEED TO PAY ANY FEE OR LICENSE RIGHTS TO ANY THIRD PARTY VENDOR FOR THE USE AND MONETARY EXPLOIT OF LIBRARY Selected bidder must offer 30 days warranty period ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
