Forex jounal and signals(repost)(repost)(repost)

I run a forex decision and tool based portal/website. I’m looking to create a paid subscription area where my customers can log into and access price stats and charting features that allow them to monitor the forex market. Also included will be Trading Signals and a Journal type interface where the user can monitor his trades. Basically, it will be database driven so I need a live data feed. I believe I can get xml or API feeds. I believe all the charts can be purchased and plugged (java) into website. All the charts will be updated by live feed or by database depending on info required. All the charts use open, close, high, and low price inputs. There will need to be some processing of the price info to generate some of the signals. These will be made graphical through various charts. I plan to have a page for USD/GPB, EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/JPY, and maybe two or three others. Although once one page is created, the others will be the same. Some of the features required:- The stats will probably be in bar chart format and show, daily, weekly, monthly currency range (average difference between open and close prices). A scatter chart showing the time of day for high and low prices over a month period. The journal will include, current price, opening price, highest daily price, lowest daily price, pervious days high, previous days low, and one or two others. Again several functions will need to be created to process the raw data into meaningful stats. The buy or sell signals will again be in charts format. These will be generated for example by the price moving average cross over’s. Maybe also an e-mail and messaging service would be useful. I believe PHP and mysql will suffice, but if another option might be better let me know. I also think this project will suite someone familiar with technical analysis knowledge, such as moving averages, MACD, relative strength index etc. I hope this give an idea of what I’m looking for. ## Deliverables Detailed requirements specification outlining what software is going to be used, programming languages, third party software, database, plug ins, also detailed examples of formulas and functions that will process the data (some I can provide). Fully functional software working my servers and in my environment. All tested and fully functional source code. All tested and fully functional charts, signals and messaging. Working payment system. Detailed test results. All third party software, add-ons, or plug ins. Working copies of all above. User documentation and installation documentation. All passwords and login details. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The server is Linux, I have mysql, php 4, apache.
