Move existing WP site to another domain

I have a existing WP website that must be moved to another domain.
Once the WP site is at the new domain some minor changes must be be.
At the home page we want a picture slider, and below that a box where site-admin can enter/edit text in the WP admin section.
Also we need a page where the end-user can download a PDF form.
so , this is an easy job. (50 max)
