Modification on MonstaFTP Phase 3

Hi, I need to done some modification on monstaftp script 1) When user hover mouse on view button image, the mouse cursor render should be as a pointer. 2) There should be a box which is not scroll able from the same Ajax file in the red marked area as per the image attached. This area should contain the information showed and it should refresh whenever the Ajax gets refreshed and updated or when the user click the refresh button. 3) Copy all changes modified on current files on the newer version of monstaftp latest version.
